Psychotherapy can help you develop skills, and resources to address the emotions, situations, and relationships that bring you to therapy. In a therapy session, therapeutic work is identified and a treatment plan is developed. Therapy varies according to the issues and needs brought by each client, and goals will be identified at your first session. Therapy also varies according to the training and education of the therapist you are working with. HOW LONG IS EACH THERAPY SESSION?
Each therapy session lasts 50 minutes.

Services provided by our therapists are covered by most insurers. Please check with your extended health benefits to learn about the coverage available to you.
Please provide 48 hours advance notice to any changes to appointments or any cancellation. Your regular session fee will apply for any missed appointments.

Psychotherapy is a confidential process. Your privacy and personal information are protected following the standards of the Personal Health Information and Privacy Act, as well as the College of Registered Psychothterapists of Ontario.
